I'm going to be moving in the shadows, staying in the darker parts of the perimeter at first. If there is any shorter buildings, I will hop up and pull myself up into a prone position to get a look around the area from a bit of elevation.

At this time I am making a decision to table the Shaking Down Shadows games until I can actually regularly devote time to them.  I did not anticipate the amount of work it would take to prepare for this deployment I am about to go on.  I guess that's what happens when you plus up a unit from 40% manning to 60% (read: all new people) and then try to get them trained for a year abroad in just a few short months.

The irony is that once I'm in country I am fairly confident that my schedule will stabilize.  Unfortunately, that won't be until April sometime.

I think it would be better to just hold off for the next month and a half to two months than to try to force a post haphazardly and force everyone to sort of monitor the threads 'just in case' I might have posted.

I am still very interested and excited to keep these games going as I have the whole 'year' IG sort of plotted out and I am very disappointed with the circumstances that that have 'forced' my inactivity.

I am very appreciative that you all have stuck with it and I ask that you bear with me a little while longer.  We'll get the ball rolling on these and I hope that it will all be worth it in the end.

So, there is a third story window that looks inside the warehouse, is there anything under it I could use to get to the window? Like a small shed?

I'll have my post up depending on if there is something I can get on top of.

I rolled Zeroman's edge, and there is a dumpster that will get you up two meters, but it's still 8 meters to the window.  It's a 'rough' wall to climb.

By 'rough' I meant that it's climbable with cracks and stuff to get handholds in.  Not 'boy that's gonna be rough'

Unfortunately, to get line of sight, you have to climb up to a third story window.  Mother gets to roll 1 die for climbing.

I will hold on to your rolls, however, you can always knock the door down and then cast your spells while the guys are in their surprise round.

Would it help if I moved back to the window and tried to help pull Mother up? Though not sure how long the conversation is going to go for.

If we go into combat through the front door, Zeroman is going to hold back at first to see if any of the baddies resist Mother's plan.
