Title: [Seattle] southern Redmond map
Post by: Mauler on <08-29-13/1602:49>
This is the map we use in our street campaign. It's mostly canon with some minor additions.

Nice! Note to self, match this with the Seattle map that has gang markers and more locations, and try to add Kalanyr and Urubia to it.

Hi I'm starting a campaign in the Redmonds Barrens myself.

Now I've collected some maps but none as good as this.

You wouldn't happen to have the rest of redmond in the same style too would you?

All of them, all editions, actually. There have been some gaps still which are filled with semi-real-world information, though.

Sadly, no. But maybe the players will relocate at some point in the future. You never know.  ;)

Interesting point is that apparently multiple sources got different locations listed for Jackal's Lantern. I noticed different maps have it at different locations as a result.

To bad, was worth a shot. :)

Beautiful map. To whom does the credit go to?

Seattle 2072 mentions that the Jackal's Lantern has changed locations several times (including one time where it was burned to the ground).

I'd also like to know which program was used to create this map. It's beautiful.

Hi,

I run a game in Redmond and this map is perfect.
I run it over roll20 and stream it so I would like to ask for your permission to use this map.

That's a pretty map!

I feel a little slow, however. What do the letter codes mean, is that the cost of living?

Those are the security code designations of the various neighborhoods. Earlier supplements like the original Seattle Sourcebook and the Neo-Anarchist's Guide to North America had these for every neighborhood, ranging from AAA (highest security, constant surveillance, active police patrols) down to E (someone may show up before vermin eat the body), with Z reserved for "Urban combat zone, you're on your own, chummer".

Thanks! I hadn't seen that before. I'll look to those books in order to classify my map the same way.
