I hope it comes out soon. ^_^ A shame we'd then have to wait another quarter or more for the Missions-legal date, but ahwell. 8)

Could be anything from a last-ditch, off the grid bolthole to the Metaplanes.

That Shiawase athlete reminds me of something; why would folks with cyberlegs need shoes?  I mean, having them can be useful, sure, but really.  Your feet have been replaced with durable prosthetics.
Would you want to go into a place where the resident had a drum-fed shotgun and can see in the dark?

bottoms of shoes are cheaper to replace than bottoms of cyber feet?

Old habits die hard. Look at Batou, from the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series. Even though he has a full cyborg body he still buys weight training equipment.
Power corrupts.
Absolute power is kinda neat.

Style, maybe?  If I had cyberlegs, I'd want them to end with actual feet-shaped things, with toes and what not, but walking around with no shoes on would look weird (weirder than just having chrome legs) so I'd probably still use shoes.

And plus, this is Shadowrun.  Maybe the shoes do something that wasn't installed in the legs for one reason or another.

Jeeze.  It would almost sound stupid until you realize we're talking about an immortal elf clown sword fighting a dragon ghost in a mall.

Based on that picture, she'd wear shoes for the endorsement deal.  Plus, unless cyberfeet come with weird accessories (and they may), if she's running on a track, she's still going to need spikes.

"New Throal". There, I said it. It's been said. It's wrong, but it's been said.

I noticed that too - particularly the digital chick blowing up all the servers.  I really like that picture, hopefully it gets used in Data Trails down the road.
