A little annoyed with the Kodiak bits. The Kodiak base is a major hub for rescue operations in the gulf. It wouldn't be decommissioned. I'd say it's a transition. handover to keep serving.
But does Athabaska at that time have the ships to actually make use of it?
now the rocket launch facility is more interesting. I think it's owned by Ares.
Ares will buy the whole installation next year.
