Title: A question about Hacking and programs

I'm just trying out the character generation rules and was wanting to clarify a couple of things about hacking.
First off so long as you have a cyber deck you can perform matrix actions with out actual programs.

Although if you do have a program, say 'tracking' you could perform a matrix track and get a total of 3 rerolls. 1 from the deck and 2 from the program?

That's right. You don't need programs and they do stack with the deck.
