Naive Face ideas

I've been wanting to play a "naive face," basically a character that is a social expert without having social skills (at least at chargen). The "best" way I have found to do this is, surprise surpise, is a low skills elf bio-adept. 

However, mechanics aside, I was having a hard time making an actual character concept. For a little texture, I am thinking making more of a mean/reactive person that so far has survived on natural wits that is starting a journey on becoming more refined/kind (by Shadowrunning no less!). This "quest" is represented as a Peacemaker mentor, making it more difficult to be violent and forcing the character to be more in control of outbursts. So I made a character that is as changeling (which makes this less efficient) for some of perks and disadvantages that help texture the character further. Ex. Nasty Vibe (to slant the character's high charisma in a more intimidating/scary way), Vomeronasal Organ to have a creepy "smell" fear thing going, Berserker (a natural hot head that can lead to problems with Peacemaker), etc. 

I was tempted to give Quasimodo and/or Uncouth, but those really do require some starting social skills or some optimization for another specialty at chargen for the character to be useful enough at start of play. But I would like to add one of those if possible.
