I think skill groups are max 4 at creation max 6 overall. Though I may be mistaken.

you are correct they are capped at 4 for char gen and then 6 over all, also any of the single skills in a skill group can be raised outside of the group, but if this is done it breaks up the group, also if you raise the rest of the former skill group up to the same skill level they can be regrouped.

Ok here is my shot at the free ticket to tri city
Flash is an average caucasian human male, he looks nothing out of the ordinary except that he is a bit more muscled and a bit more solid then most man his age.

Now flash has a problem.  He doesn't exactly know who he is.
Let's have a look at the first morning he can remember:
"this morning I woke up in a hotel room I have never seen before in my live.  It was still pretty early as I could tell from the little light that fell into the room.  My throat feels sore and I'm bruised all over.  My arms and legs feel as if I have been running for more than a week non stop. I slowly got out of bed and took a good look around the room.  Nothing that rings a bell.  It's a small and crappy room and I have no idea where I am. 
On a table in the corner next to the bathroom door I found a briefcase.  I opened it hoping it might shed some light to my current situation.  Instead it made things more complicated.  Inside I found a bunch of electrical hardware tools.  I decided to take a shower first, get my head cleaned up.
While under the shower I got a call.  Apparantly I have a commlink in my head.  Picked up the call and waited for a response.  "Hey Flash, its Green Arrow, bad news boy, you've been burned.  Seems they know what you took and they are after you big time, stay low bro, gotta go".
I checked the whole room once again, and took a good look at the briefcase. But what I found didn't make it any easyer.  In the briefcase was a fake bottom where I found some ammo clips and a couple of fake sin's.  Looking at the clothes on the chair I did another discovery, under the costume was a body suit, that looked like something from a spy trid, besides that I found a gun and throwing knives in the suit.  I decided to get dressed and go out.  I was hardly ready putting everything on as my commlink made me aware of another call.  So I took it.  "David" said a woman's voice "they know what hotel you're at and they are on the way get out and meet me in the free mans lodge." She hadn't finished talking as I saw the door knob moving.  My instincts took over.  I felt the gun in my hand, moved to the side of the door realy quick and when it opened I kicked a man coming in back down the stairway.  Then I ran for the balcony, got of the fire escape down to an alley.  I started running and when I peeked back saw three man in business suits on the balcony yelling at some one in the alley.  I ran up to the man in the alley who pointed an smg in my direction, jumped and kicked him down.  Then out of the alley and into the crowd.  Still no idea where I was.  After making sure I wasn't followed I started looking for the freemans lodge.  It was a small bar in the center of the town.  The only good thing about this day was meeting Lorelei once again.  She was waiting for me in the bar.  After I explained about this morning she told me to come stay with her for a while.  She would get me a job so I'd have some cash to start figuring out what happend to me.

I'm still waiting for a viable character. To be honest, the two I've seen till now are either stats-only, with just a flavor of character, or just a introduction story. So, I'm still waiting...

he hasn't got a clue of what happend in his past So either I write it out or you choose what happend (that way It will be a suprise for me too)

Amnesia wouldn't be a good choice, believe me. If you get rid of it and chose something more playable that could have an impact on the story, and provide me with plot-hook-fuel, the character woule be viable. Plus explain by whom and how much he's Wanted. Oh, and double-check on Availability, because I think you've exceeded 16.
