Background
Johnathan Wang was born in Corpus Cristi, Texas, CAS and lived a fairly uneventful life until high school when he began to attract attention of some college recruiters for his performance on the high school rife team and his outstanding achievements as a "Mathlete." Wang turned down all of their offers and instead joined the military: serving two tours of duty with the 1st Marine Reconnaissance Battalion... Frustrated by the way the Confederation of American States constantly lagged behind its rivals UCAS and Aztlan, Wang left the Marines at the end of his second tour and joined a private military company.

Tw!tch is a skilled decker, but he prefers to operate in Augmented Reality (or even Luddite-style screens and keyboards) instead of the full immersion of VR. Based on his experience in the Carrib League and Latin Americam, Tw!tch has learned that oftentimes "the good stuff" is protected via air-gaps or exterior-facing firewalls, which means that if you have physical access to a site, data theft can be a lot easier. Plus, modern paramilitaries and security forces often rely heavily on computers for communication, tactical planning, and drone networks... Tw!tch can often dismantle these networks in AR faster than the defending decker can respond from VR.

-Augmented Maximum is +4, so Reaction is too high. No exception anymore in 6th Edition. Wireless Bonus of the Cyberware(s) allows it to stack in the first place.
Maybe downgrade to Reaction Enhancer rating II, and upgrade Wired Reflexes to rating II.

- Connections are too high, limit is Charisma.


Other than that ... would be a lot stronger as for example Dwarf ... could switch Metatype Priority with Skills. Higher stats, no downside (except "Armor" section, even walking speed is the same)
On the other hand - your GM could throw in something as reward for picking a human ...
