And depending on the DM quicking may either be nerfed or banned. Social skill are nice, but even without them that high of prejudice will get you into trouble. Uncouth might work better (again find on the kind of game you are joining before doing so). Also, I would suggest stunball and maybe reducing/dropping blades to pick up automatics (with some form of specialization) for non-magic range attacks.
Uncouth seems like a terrible idea. Not even having the option to default on social skills, unless you pay double the cost to get ranks, is really bad.
I'm not so sure a hermetic mage is the perfect fit for a member of the Ancients, but that's your choice. I assume that the Weapon focus was a GM freebie?
I would personally go Clout or Blast over Manaball. Manabolt is fine, at least, as the lower drain makes the direct spell more manageable. You can also drop Pilot Ground Craft to 1, pick up a Bike (or Wheeled; away from my books) specialization, and save the two points. Astral Combat is
really bad, especially compared to just direct spells. Use the 4 free points for Spellcasting; you are allowed to use skill points to raise the free skills you get from priorities. That would give you an extra 4 more points. That gives you 6 points to buy Perception 6, which would be greatly beneficial to your survival.
