Street Grimoire got priority over Matrix and Rigger books? Ugh...

Not that I don't appreciate new content, but magic was the area that needed the least attention under core rules... Fingers crossed, I guess.

While I don't disagree that there are things that are desperately in need of scrapping and wholesale rewriting with the Matrix, and we need vehicle modification rules bad, the magic book is good to have, especially for increasing the number of traditions, metamagics, new spells (hopefully with a guide to making custom spells like there was in Street Magic), and so on.

Unfortunately, it's not always an issue of "what needs the most attention" but "what has the most demand from players".

I get the impression that there are some writings that haven't seen the light of day yet.  I think they'd make for some excellent PDF-only fodder.  Even if things aren't 100% perfect, I'd still love to get that insight in future books.  Still, I am extremely pleased to see so much new material on the horizon.  :)

Jason dropped a hint on FB that the PDF release should be next week, baring anything unforeseen.

The PDF release for Street Grimoire could be as early as next week?  That seems extremely hopeful.  But damn my optimistic nature - now I want it even more.

I can imagine. I'm a bit behind on my reading, I'm still finishing up Stolen Souls. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to start on Street Grimoire.

The rabbits were amusing.

Me, I'm a fan of the new bug stats. :)

Well, it has been a while since Bug City, so I guess it is about time for a sequel...
