Personality/background:
Usda grew up in Oxford Michigan. You can emagine the problems involved growing up there as a Minotaur. Usda had good chance at getting a sports Scholorship as a heavy weight wrestler. However the family moved to el Toro Marine base since Usda's father was a Marine MP. Usda stayed with his mom and Dad for a few years but decided to move to Denver where he enrolled in the Rocky Mountain School of Culinary Arts. To try and make some extra Nuyen Usda vollenteered for an research porgram delving into higher quality Bioware. The doctors enhanced Usda's Muscle strength,and tone & increased the density of his skeleton. Some of the side effects has left Usda 'seeing Red in stressful situation. Usda is 24.


Personality Notes:
Normally Usda is a quiet and reserved person, but his size and appearance has taught him that at times being boisterous has its perks. Who really wants to argue with a nearly 3 meter tall one third ton red eyed bull? He has a very high level of honor and will stand by his friends till the death.

Well I'm not real keen on the joke codename. I'm sure a real minotaur wouldn't like cow jokes. Growing up like that would have to be hard. Overall I like him though.

The leadership of 1 is for force of personallity. It's in the role playing. He knows how to lead Kinda, but he's to "Bullheaded" to do it right. I have seen many leaders in the military that didn't deserve to be there. Usda's personality sucks but he does know alittle about tactics, "You two over there. Go now or I beat you sensless."

I knew many NCOs that would make Usda look like a charmer.

I mean in regards to force of personality, which in my book....isn't really what leadership is. Force of personality is only a smart part of leadership.

Trust me it's not stupid Joker. See, to me leadership isn't just go do this cause I said so. or just rank. Leadership is knowing what's happening around you and being able to determine the right action to take. Intimidation doesn't do that. Leadership is also the knowledge of when to do something. USda may not ever be a leader of men but he does kinda know what needs to be done & an idea how to do it. So a 1 in leadership and probably never another rank covers that intuitive 'we need to do this'.

That makes sense to me. He's gruff and scary, but he ain't stupid. He's got a sense of tactics and what needs to happen. You may think about saving your active skill point for something else and taking a knowledge skill "Tactics" or something like that, but it's just an idea. Your way works fine too.

You know I didn't think of the tactics in knowedge skills. I may have to make that switch. I am still stumbling around in the rule books a bit. That makes more sense that the way I was going to go. I'll drop something on his knowledge skills for tactics. Thanks for that shake down of my thinking. Now what to do with those leadership points!

Sorry to double post, but I do see a big problem with your armor.
You should read the rules for armor stacking.
One sec. I'll grab it and edit it into this post.

If a character is wearing more than one piece of armor at a time, only the highest value (for either Ballistic or Impact) applies. Note that some armor items, like helmets and shields, provide a modifier to the worn armor rating and so do not count as stacked armor.
Too much armor, however, can slow a character down. If either of a character’s armor ratings exceeds his Body x 2, apply a –1 modifier to Agility and Reaction for every 2 points (or fraction thereof ) that his Body is exceeded. Note that this may affect Initiative as well. If a character is wearing multiple armor items, add their ratings together before comparing to Body.~Core Rulebook, Pg. 149.

I'm some kind of weird "Munchkin-Rules Lawyer-Actor" hybrid. For instance, in D&D/Pathfinder, I'll plan out my characters from 1st through 20th level, knowing all the feats/skills/etc I'm going to take and how to maximum everything for the biggest boom. But it's all for character story...
