That's just a normal Decker.... no Rigger required or even mildly helpful to accomplish in SR5. Deckers & Riggers have great Attribute synergy & they seem very similar... but they are wildly divergent skill sets in very skill intensive classes. Any Decker/Rigger is going to be not that good at either role, focusing on one over the other is just going to be wasting the potential of the primary role with a vastly inferior supplementary role.
