Title: "Flavor" questions
Post by: Vandal Noire on <08-02-16/1543:27>
So getting ready to start a new group into the world and its been awhile since ive hosted and it got me thinking what do others watch, listen or read to get into the flavor of SR?

What are some of your staples to watch and read, or music you write adventures too?

The TV series Leverage is basically Shadowrun with a close-to-real-life setting.  You can even look at the people involved and say "hacker, face, street sam, infiltrator..."

For music I actually listen to a lot of trip hop and other urban-sounding music.  Beyond just being what I like, of course.  Artists like Beats Antique, Gramatik, occasionally Massive Attack, and a variety of instrumental versions of rap songs.
