We all know runs go the smoothest when executed in the post-beer-o'-clock lull (2-4am for those lucky sods living in places with no mandatory alcohol sales cut-off time). Unless, of course, you need someone to be there, then hit them around 6-7pm to nail the stay-late types while everyone else is safely out at their favorite local.
