Does the "Adept Accident" adept power from Hard Targets allow its use after the adept punches someone? It says "...can be activated within (Magic) minutes from the time the target is touched (meaning the adept must have succeeded in a touch attack)..." In the Core rules, it appears to define touch attacks as 'all that is needed is touch'...so should the contact with the target be limited to ONLY touch contact?
