How does second skin from Run and Gun work ?

Question see above. From what I've understood it uses video technology to become "invisible" , sorta like Ghost in a shell, only instead of disappearing you look naked.

Is that correct ?

Yes, you would look naked, making it good for discrete protection when you are, say, at the beach, or other issues that might come up.

Sphinx:
Ruthenium polymers. Essentially, the Second Skin can change colors so it looks like an opaque bodysuit (any color), like your skin beneath it (with or without bathing suit), or like the surrounding environment (smart camouflage). See Run & Gun, p.86.
