Title: Unofficial Colombian Subterfuge Errata thingy

was just reading the colombian subterfuge horizon adventure and it says that pandora died in the events of A Fistful of Credsticks horizon adventure and i reread the fistful one and in no place does it even give you the option to have pandora killed. did they mean Andre Guiles?
