Namikaze: My issue with total surveillance in Shadowrun is that the players will go through a lot of extra detail in a mission, which might not be fun. They have to plan how they get to a crime seen undetected, and how to leave. The game is more fun when its about a chase. On the other hand, I think ruthenium fibers, and crowds are your friend. On a personal level, I'm tracking the sheer amount of public exposure many of the player's actions are having, and I think the need to burn IDs should be frequent.
