Title: Vehicle Handling in CRB6

Not sure if it has been stated already, but it looks like all of the on-road/off-road handling ratings in CRB6 are backwards. Either that, or the Suzuki Mirage got a LOT better at driving off-road...

Handling is the threshold rather than the limit.  Low numbers are good.
