I've created a set of cards that list all the various Matrix Actions and Software. The software cards have a row of blank circles, so that the player can mark the program's Rating on them; the Action cards list the tests needed (if any), as well as the explanations for what these actions can do.
All of the descriptions are straight from the 20th Anniversary rulebook; I don't own a copy of Unwired, but I'll make cards for it when I do.
You'll need a full install of the Magic Set Editor (http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/) to view these cards; I could export them to PDF, but you'd lose the option of altering them for your game, and I'm not sure how well the export would look.
