A friend of mine founded a group quite a while ago for helping those who deal with depression by forming a group based around the idea that a community helps to heal the heart.  I figured I'd share it with you, if only for you to share it with others. She explains it better than I do, though, so add the group and drop her a line. I'm sure she won't mind.
