Well, she does say she's not a doctor. And that she is on a lot of medication. And that no one should be doing what's she's doing without doing extensive research themselves.

Basically, she's simply using herself as a guinea pig to check out the new stuff out there so we don't have to.

That could explain the twitchiness. The way she moved/paced reminded me of a caged animal... on to much Caffine!
