Hello all,

I was wondering, is there a list of all missions somewhere?   (Season-1 -> Season Current? including the Convention & Special stuff)

Also, has anyone ever put together all the missions in a chronological order.

I know I've seen this before with the old SR1-2 scenario books that had dates in them, but has anyone seen something like that for all the SRM stuff?

SRMs and CMPs have a chronological order built into their names.

I'm not sure that you can definitively put SRMs and CMPs into a cross-referenced order, though.  CMPs are by their nature chronology agnostic, although a few of them do reference greater meta plot elements and can therefore be roughly placed.
RPG mechanics exist to give structure and consistency to the game world, true, but at the end of the day, you’re fighting dragons with algebra and random number generators.

Yeah but that is release time for the game.

I'm talking about "in universe" time.

Like how IIRC Sprawl Wilds has missions that are both before & after Season-4 of Missions due to the events they mention as you said.

At least that is how I understand it.  If I'm wrong let me know.

I was hoping someone had a rough timeline for each of the seasons & the added scenarios that go with them.

The one your group of player characters played first happened before the one they played later; The one my player characters played first happened before the ones they played later... Even if it’s the exact opposite order and even if we’re both running Missions games and some of the PCs cross-over.

Don’t examine this too closely.

The Chicago missions are kinda weird about it. The 1st mission is at January, the 12th mission is at "around one year later", while on the 11th they say: "It is March, and the alchera near the Shattergraves are acting with heightened intensity". So I am not sure exactly how much time passes between missions.

Those details are never really hammered out. We have a start point, usually, that kind of denotes where the season starts. Missions fit in as best as possible. I don't expect there to be a huge push to order it out in terms of internal seasons. More like B happens after A and so on.

Tokyo is chronologically ordered, as it expects you to build on contacts from each previous mission before you play Seven Breaths. You CAN play it out of order, and many people do, due to how convention scheduling works.

Overall, Chicago Missions happen between 2075 and 2078.  Neo-Tokyo is 2079 to 2082.
That's just like... your opinion, man.

...interesting in that my namesake character KK has is on her 39th month of lifestyle and still hasn't completed Season 8. Though she went from a Magic of 4 to 7 and is now a grade 7 Adept with just the bare minimum Arcana skill needed (lots of four week intervals on those initiations, a couple months in skill specialisations, and a lot of Working For the People).

Yowza.

I have not played Chicago but I'm getting the impression that Karma &/or Cash is insanely plentiful if 20-ish missions can get you 7 initiations & 3 points of attribute upgrades unless that is all she has done.

Someone else mentioned 400+ Karma out of Chicago.   To which I say...... DDDAAAAAMMMMMMN

...well, my character Leela is 449 Karama though she has run through pretty much all of the regular season 5 - 8 missions and a good number of the CMPs. Still need to run her on the Chicago based Prime missions.

As I mentioned, KK did a lot of Working for the People,  She's maybe been on about 2/3ds of the Missions Leela's been on.  As an adept she doesn't really have much to spend money on as she really doesn't need expensive augmentations, decks, or drones/vehicles, so she invested a good part of her financial rewards into improving her primary abilities.  She also has a low lifestyle so even all that time spent initiating really didn't cost her that much. Her most expensive item is her Force 5 Weapon Focus which cost her a total of 36,000¥ (got it as a special favour from Ares for one of the missions she was on so availability wasn't an issue.  Most of the time she maybe has about 20K¥ in reserve (unlike my Decker Violet 3.0 who is saving for upgrading to the next better deck).

With Adept Centering at 7 and teh Perfect Time Quality, KK can now do most called shots with no penalty (including blindfire) which makes her very, dangerous particularly as a "sharp shooter".

She is also now a permanent member of the Desolation Angels (she's done so much for Becky99 she should have her at something like Loyalty 6 but the cap for Missions contacts is 4 so the Admin of our group allowed her to become a member of the gang).

We actually have a couple mages in the group with a 9 magic and almost as many initiate grades.

Asides from the Seattle CMPs that I don't think are explicitly banned for Chicago characters, there's also 2x4 CMPs per year on top of the season of 6. So that's 56+ runs, with working for the people for a significant amount of your rewards, so I'm guessing >600 karma is doable.
How am I not part of the forum?? O_O I am both active and angry!

Between season 5-8, 11 CMPs, 3 SMHs, and 4 PMs there is 75 available missions for Chicago. Average karma per run is 7 (with the PMs well over that), and average yen is around 13,000. You can bank over 1,000 karma if you work for the people to the max every run and succeed in obtaining most of the karma awards.
