Seriously man.  We don't all use the default forum theme, so your text can be pretty difficult to read for some of us.

The Shella is some kind of possession entity that makes the possessed go around killing people in horrible ways. It was in an early adventure that I can't remember right now. I'm away from all my early edition books at this time so hopefully someone remembers.

Edit- I think it was in Threats or Threats 2.

The shella (it's not capitalized) is a "spectral wendigo" with a form of possession. It's detailed in the writeup for Corey Martin in the old Prime Runners sourcebook (pp. 86 - 88). Basically, it can turn an already rather tough badass in a really tough badass with Regeneration and enhanced senses. Oh, and an endless craving for metahuman flesh.

As that book took place in 2055, I doubt that ol' Corey is still with us, but the shella (or it's pals) may still be around and they're hungry. Oh yes, they're hungry.

Thank you for the book info... this is getting a write-up into SR5 as soon as I'm away from my players/roommates at work tonight.  ;D
