Title: Question Re: Season 5 Missions
Post by: Opti on <10-28-13/1113:07>
Hoi,
I got myself into a pickle. I set up my runners to be based out of Chicago so we could have an easy transition to Season 5. Then I sent them to Seattle do run the season 4 missions until season 5 came out, so I scheduled them all accordingly. The problem is, after completely botching the Extraction mission in season 4, they collectively decided to go back to Chicago for a while. I still want to finish out some of the plotlines from Season 4, but I can't railroad them back to Seattle for a while. So my question is, is there anything that will be ruined if I play season 5 missions and then go back to season 4 after a while?

The weird part is that it really doesn't make sense timewise: Half of the rewritten CMPs and Chicago take place in the metaplot after Season 4. And at least 1 NPC from Season 4 has now changed base for Season 5.

You could use the 4 timeless CMPs as a way to goad them back to Seattle slowly perhaps: FL 2+3, SW 4+1.

That's not a bad idea, Michael. Thanks!
