I don't think this is a question of built characters.

I took it as asking permission to put up character sheets using the official sheet in the PDF.

Of course, reading back over it, I may be wrong about my interpretation.

I read the original Post as "Post the Character Sheet from the Core Rulebook" as in the blank two page.
