In Pg. 119: The【 Brain Blaster】 combat action is not explicitly said to lose the -5 Defensive modifier of a Long Burst for the benefit of the +2 DV modifier .
But 【AIMED BURST】 said that "The attack loses the –2 penalty to the defender but gains +1 DV."
【DOUBLE-TAP 】said that “There is no penalty to defensive rolls from this shot.”
Does the【 Brain Blaster】action lose the -5 Defensive modifier or not?
