Does anyone know when a Roll20 Character sheet will be set up for Shadowrun 6E? I was looking to set up a game amid stay at home orders so we weren't all stuck at home bored and that edition is not there.

Well, I can say after about a month of this I'll be tempted to learn how to do it myself!   :D

I do think nearly all of those sheets on Roll20 are "fan" made, in the sense that some member of the Roll20 community makes it up themselves and it gets approved for sharing across the platform.
