>>>>>[Im glad BW 302, I'll look you up sometime.

Okay Guys I've been asked train up these noobs so they dont get blown up again. We've got an Ex Military Streetsam, wired, assault rifles and an unhealthy prefrence for gassing enemies with warp. Next is a stealthy sniper/unarmed adept, apparently hes paranoid as all hell. Ex-Knight Errant Rigger/Hacker who, as I said, just lost an eye, most of his drones and his van. Lastly a mage, specialising in spirits but doesnt know a damn thing past Conjuring basics.

I wanna hear you guys suggestions for a training regime for them. They arrive 17-01-73. I have alot of resources.]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Seems like an interesting set you've got there, Chrona.  They worked together before?  Hardest thing I've always found when working with a pick-up team is making sure everyone knows what the others can do.  Saves a lot of duplication of effort. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[Chrona, a few yen worth of basic advice. First, crosstrain, crosstrain, crosstrain. You sound like you have a decent but slightly specialized group. Specialization is not a bad thing, but I follow the rule that everyone should at least know something about the job the other guy does; just in case. Not to mention everyone knowing first aid is never a bad thing. Have the ones who are strong in one thing teach the others who are weak, even the mage (and see about getting him a tutor). This should help build team cohesion, help maximize efficency, and help get through any past "issues"; if ego's don't get in the way. Remember, you are dealing with people who already have a background and an idea on "how things work". In my experience, that's usually the hardest hurdle to get over. Now, if you want to make this a permanent team, schedule regular drills. Time at the range, hand to hand, calistenics (they LOVE that one) or workout sessions, and time practicing with specialized gear. If not, like I said, at least do a few mock runs to see where your weaknesses are.

Second, find a place where you can practice togeather. I have an associate in Tacoma who still owns a warehouse I used back in the day for just such a purpose. It's secure and comes equipped with all sorts of...training aids. Best training house in the area outside Fort Lewis. I can play middleman if you like, but be warned there will be a decent deposit to cover any damages. When you get there, tell Momma Dot that "her favorite solider boy" sent you. And no cracks, she has a short temper and shorter trigger pull on her Panther.

Third, and most important: if this is your team, make sure they KNOW it's your team. Last thing anyone needs before or during a run is a chain of command issue or a loose cannon. If you need any more help, let me know and we can work out terms.]<<<<<

The chip this data was on was given to me by a dwarf with simian feet in the underground. Seems he was told to give it to a big shaggy guy with a guitar. I was also informed that this may help the 'noobs' on their first few jobs. Just make sure they live to reap the rewards. Weirdest job I have been handed.]<<<<<

>>>>> Hoi, chummers! Thought I’d drop a quick line in here, since I’m seriously new to the scene here and in dire need of some small time jobs, nothing hot and noticeable, for the moment anyway, got some serious people looking to tie me to a post and let the barghests have a snack, so I’m trying to maintain a low profile. Macallister, you got anything for a new hacker in town looking to make some nuyen?]<<<<<

Moreau, sorry I wasn't able to set aside the night just to handle your business.  Maria contacted me about running security for her a couple weeks ago, and there was no way I could bow out, even if I wanted to.  Hopefully the crew I put together was able to handle your problem to your satisfaction, though.]<<<<<
