Title: when books/sources become legal?
Post by: DoGXinU on <07-10-14/2003:20>

I know in the past the rule was "30 days after it was released" and released meant the print version (this was before the big push for PDFs).  So what is the current version of the rule?  I have players that have gotten the Street Grimoire PDF and want to use it at Dragon*CON but we dont know if it is legal or not at that con.  I would love to give them an answer.

Wailer,

I need to know when the source books become legal.  I have seen that list.  But it doesnt say when the other books become legal (street grimoire in particular).

thanks for the link!

There's no street date for Street Grimoire, but i highly suspect that it won't be till sometime after Dragon Con,.  Until I have a valid street date for the book, i can't give you anything more than that, sorry.  30 days from the CGL officially announced Street Date is the standing rule for all print books.
