I had a question about skillsofts in 4e. With the limit of activesofts being 1-4 and know/lingasofts being 1-5, is there a way to increase this? Can you use the personalized option from unwired to boost this limit? Like if I had a activesoft of rating 4 with personalization of 1 would that make the skill 5 or is 4 the hardcap, no way around it?
