I’m preparing to play an Oni technomancer for the first time. As it is a long running campaign I will receive a good amount of karma and other points to get my character up around everyone else.

So far I have submerged twice:
1 - Neural Synergy (+1 Logic)
2 - FFF (Essence free Pain Editor)

And I was wondering whether Draining Spike would be a good third option.
I have not chosen Skinlink because I’ve a datajack+. Also I’m a Sourceror if that’s makes a difference.

Considering that stun healing is a very rare ability in this game and that any matrix damage you take is turned into stun, the draining spike Echo is very powerful.
It allows you to use Brute Force and Attack actions with relative impunity for failure. Just attack a bunch of unattended, not-slaved devices to get rid of stun.
