@Minnie, "Just go back to your table, I'll have Gino with you in a short while. Jimmy is a good boy... he never had a girlfriend before, you better be good to him... "
He is not waiting for replay. He is back at managing his kitchen -  he seems very strict.

@Athos  "It is not your false, but you are a monster man... you can't help it... we have no idea who Jimmy is - but there was this person that the elders took for a ride, the did not hurt him or anything."
As you are speaking to him you see that the rest of the teenagers just turn their back and run.
The one you are talking to looks at them and then looks at you. He freezes, horrified by you. "Please monster, do not kill me." He reaches out for his wallet and hands it to you saying "I have money... please"

Deciding to take the kitchen manager's words as an invitation, Yulia scampers quickly through the kitchen taking advantage of all her her agility and returns to the dining area to see if Jimmy was back at the bar.  She'll keep her eye's peeled for Jimmy or Gino as she moves.

@Minnie, a waiter quickly cleans up the mess you just left, Jimmy never returns but Gino does show up about 10 minutes later.  He asks the waiter to quickly fetch two cups of coffee, greets you and say "I have just a few minutes, the place is loaded and I have a lot to do... you'll have to join me for coffee break"

Knowing that Athos or the cat would have let her know if they had found the absent boy, she followed the owner, intent on telling him what her gut believed despite her heart's objection.  As soon as they were out of public earshot, she blurted, "I think Jimmy's been kidnapped by the Humanis goons.  He went on a break after I couldn't give him an answer for a date and he didn't come back.  Now both he and the trash are gone."

Athos holds up his empty hands and looks squarely at the frightened boy.  "I do not want to hurt you, lad.  Just tell me where they took him for a ride.  You can keep the money.  Just talk, please."

@Minnie Gino sighs. "I wouldn't say kidnapped, these are trying to get his trust for months now. I told him they are scum but he keeps trying to educate them about metahuman equality. By now Jimmy should know most of that darn gnag. If he did ride with them, he probobly did so willingly. His heart is in a good place, but he is still a bit naive and thinks that everybody is as pure as his own." He writes you his number on a piece of paper, saying "If you are interested tough, you should call him." Minnie can't be but a bit surprised that Gino still uses old school pen and paper.

@Athos - The teen say "Usually after breakfest they are doing the 'ride', visiting all gang assets one after another, we are too young for the 'ride' you can only join... later."

Minnie takes the proffered note with a smile that belied her continued anxiety for the boy.  "Thank you, Gino.  I really appreciate it.  Both the number and the info."  She rises from her chair.  "I should let you get back to work.  I also best find Athos pretty soon or he may break a few heads that don't apparently deserve to be broken."  She paused for a moment before adding, "Yet."  She then excuses herself from the office.

She slips back out of the restaurant quickly, this time through the front main door, and scans for Athos before he might do something they'd come to regret.  If it wasn't already too late.

Having noted Athos and the remaining kid still talking, Yulia takes a breath and slips over to play "good cop".

Very good cop.

Sexy cop from the nether planes.

Slipping totally into her Minnie persona, a part of her that may as well BE her for all the years she spent existing almost exclusively for catering to the fantasies and fetishes of men and more than a few women, she oozed over to the frightened boy from behind

"Onii," she cood in a cute voice, "are you being a meanie to this handsome young gentleman"  She resists the urge to stroke the boy with her tail, keeping in mind his bigoted nature and knowing that would not have the effect it had on most of her clients.  "How about we let old Athos here cool his jets and you can tell me what it's like to ride with your crew."

Minnie's snuggles her assets through her business suit against the boy's back with her voice dripping the sweet, sticky possibilities.

Not the best roll, but at least the two 1's and the 2 are at the end if there were any reductions of dice I didn't know about.

@Minnie - You can see that the boy responds to you, the fear the disgust the temptation, you imagine him extremely confused as you can feel that his body clearly responds.  He is blushed when he faces you and say: "I... I... I can take you on my bike"

"You mean it?" Minnie lights up excitedly.  "I've never ridden a bike before!"

Almost a true statement, she adds just to herself.  This would be only her third time on one, and the first time on real streets.  Despite knowing the risk she was about to take, the idea of riding through the sprawl behind a cute boy and of using her best skills to manipulate this mess and get Jimmy back excited her despite herself.  It was a story straight out of the 20th Century novels she was so fond of.  She could do this and come out in one piece!  Or at least she thought she could...

She keeps her voice youthful and childish as she chatters on soothingly, making it seem she's a dim bulb despite the sharp business suit she wore for the meeting with Dame Valentina.  She slides smoothly back behind the boy and snakes her arms around his midsectrion, slipping her hands under his jacket just a tiny bit and making sure to tease the sensitive flesh along his sides as best she can through his clothing before grasping her hands together at his stomach.  "Does that mean I get to hold on like this?" she cooed.

Since she was again behind the boy, when she peered around him she could see Athos without her own face being seen by the boy.  Through the grin on her face required to keep the charade going she tried to put all the hard steel she could into her eyes.  I'm going to rescue Jimmy and frag you if you try to stop me, was written in her two brown orbs.

Unlike other gangs Huminis was a political movement, an ideological statement of human purity. Formally, Humanis does not oppose other metatypes, formally their ideology talks about segregation, a segregation that seemed to conform with reality very well. Troll and Orcs typically lived with each other, Elves liked the company of their own people and even formed their own countries. The scary thing about Humanis is the rumors about them, whenever an orc orphanage was burned to the ground, Humanis activists were involved. The criminals arrested always seemed ecstatic about these ideas, but the formal movement that included politicians and businessmen as well as common thugs always distanced itself from these acts. Yet, Humanis charities were only accessible for humans, they were the most common around town and a lot of city funding went directly to them.

Minnie is a bit terrified to be taken by a teenage boy into a Humanis layer, but she is surprised where he actually takes her. It is a meeting with Michael Kearney, a local Humanis politician at the local Bellevue community center. As the two enter, Minnie can see a very lively debate between Jimmy and Michael, with an entire crowd of Humanis supporters. Apparently, the formal goal is to bring Jimmy and few other teenagers closer to the ideology of Humanis.  However, Minnie quickly discovers that little Jimmy is quite a talker himself.  (When he is not talking to her that is). She is awed by his charisma and articulate phrasing and Jimmy seems like a very bright young adult. She watches him for a short while speaking all excited about metahuman equality and integration.

She does not have much time to stay tough, if she wants to make it to the meeting with Valentina she can only stay for a short while.

Minnie watches and listens attentively to what is going on around her.  Taking full advantage of her secretarial AR set which is centered on her eyeglasses, she records everything she sees and hears.  She wants to share it with Athos later.  She texts Athos regularly to keep her cyber'd troll friend assured that she is perfectly fine.  She even sends some stills of Jimmy going toe to toe, debate-wise of course, with Michael.  Using her mapsoft which is loaded in the AR set, she identifies the closest landmark where Athos could pick her up without causing a stir.  A social services office, Stuffer Shack, Nukit Burger, Hacker's Delight - the sort of place where a troll-driven car coming down the street and stopping for a few moments to pick up a tiny human wouldn't cause a riot or attract authorities.  She sends the location details and tells him she'll be waiting at 11:00am.

There's more to Jimmy than I realized, she muses to herself as she tries to be as unobtrusive as possible for a human of her appearance.  The unexpectedly businesslike setting helps her a lot.  Her unremarkable, gray business suit was intended to minimize the noticabiliity of her ears and tail, and she keeps both still to prevent movement from catching any eyes.  While part of her wants Jimmy to notice her, the last thing she wants to do is cause the boy problems in such a potentially charged situation.

As Minnie watches, her 'date' comments 'what a loser' toward Jimmy. When he get Minnie's attention, he seems very eager to get into her panties and the physical intimacy that she established previously backfires when the young teenager tries to kiss her.  If she kisses him back to keep appearances he suggests. 'so baby... do you want to fool around? I can find us some vacant room... and everyone are listening to the boring debate...'

Athos watches his friend turn on her seductive charm with mixed emotions.  On the one hand he can appreciate what she is trying to do, but on the other he does not like to see her take this kind of risk where he cannot support her.  He puts his hands down and remains silent as Minnie works her seduction on the boy biker.  There is no misunderstanding the look she gives him as anything other than butt out, so he does.  Backing off, he looks on as Minnie gets on the bike with the boy, wraps her lovely arms around him, and rides off.

Athos stands for a bit in the parking lot, wondering where the frag Artie had got to.  Last he remembered, she had done one of her magical leaps to the roof of the building and taken off after the bikers.  Now he has two friends to worry about.  He pulls out his commlink and sends a message to her.  >>Artie, Athos.  Are you OK?  Minnie has gone off with some bikers to see Jimmy and make sure that he is alright.  She will send a message when she gets to wherever he is.  I have some money to give to you and will wait in Gino's parking lot for a bit.  If we do not link up here, meet me at the casino.  Call me if you need me.<<

Not wanting to cause a scene, Minnie goes through the motions of petting and even kissing while her real focus remains on Jimmy and Michael.  She had years of practice blowing an experienced client's mind while her own was off in places like the Caribbean Islands, Hogwarts, or Darkover.  Keeping a teenager hooked was nothing.  Unfortunately, although not at all surprisingly, the petting eventually leaves him wanting more.  While she'd have had no problem obliging the kid if it didn't pull her away from the debate up front, there was no way even giving the kid a blow wouldn't draw attention in the busy room.  Like the kid intimated, they'd have to leave for a 'vacant ' space.  And with her luck, the moment she headed down a hallway hand in hand with some random boy would be when Jimmy would notice her.  That thought seems to bother her the most.

She tries redirection.  "But what about that older guy?" she asks indicating Michael with her head even as her hands play the boy like a fine instrument.  With any luck, making the kid use his brain while his body experienced some of her more distracting foreplay that was still (more or less) appropriate in public might stall until she'd have to bail anyway to meet Athos.  "He seems really smart.  Have you met him?  What's he like?"
