Where can I get more information on the Draco Foundation?  What book(s) is it detailed in?

How about a 4th edition book that I actually have access to?

I think there was some info, mainly on DF VIP's in the Ares part of Corporate Guide. Besides that? Almost no solid info in SR4E books. You can try Ancient's site - he has a lot of info on dragons there, so the foundation got coverage also.
Also, you can check Dumpshock Wiki for some basic info.

Nothing in 4e yreally. There are short blurbs about what the DF is in the Dawn of the Artifacts books and Running Wild, but it really hasn't been covered in detail since those two books. They have entire chapters on the DF. Really the best resource for its effects on the world is the SR4 rulebook pp.31-2. The original core book. Not the anniversary book.

How are we supposed to know what books you have access to?  :)

There's pretty much nothing in 4E.

In 3E:
Portfolio of a Dragon: Dunkelzahn's Secrets

Unfortunately Dragons of the Sixth World isn't available on PDF as far as I can tell.

The Draco Foundation does get mention in the Dawn of the Artifacts series, although it's light on background info.

No. DIMR is. One of their runner teams is too, but no DF.

Oh and PoaD is Second Edition.
