New Anarchy Narrative Aid/GM Sheet

I have updated the Anarchy Narrative Aid document so much that I had to start a new thread.  This is what I use for my SRA groups but it contains a few house rules so it may not be appropriate for all tables. 

Anarchy Narration Aid (3-page)

Some people here and on other boards had asked for a shorter version of the thing I made. So here is a one page version. I kept it a Word Document so it can be edited.
