For a Face/Mage if you can do Sum2Ten let me suggest:

stick with cool resolve + authoretive tone + kinestics.
you can get +6 for every social skill - along with charisma 8 you are a face, just take a single point in social skills for a whooping 15 dice across the board.
You have 20 karma (after buying 6 adept points) reources E is difficult so I'd suggest influence + acting skill groups, mentor spirit and perceptive 1.
You have 28 skill points overall, but you are already set for social skills 15 dice is enough and if you want more take improve chrisma and heighten concentration. It will allow you to cast improve charisma to boost your social to 19 + 1 from social suits. Out of combat heighten concentration is like focused concentration but a lot cheaper and most of the charisma rolls is out of combat.
SO 12 skill points for summoning/spellcasting
6 for gun skill and 6 more for anything you fancy gymnastics Or perhaps sneaking?
This is how I'd do that because elf + attribute A + some attribute boost (like agility) makes you effective even at low attribute ratings.
Your own building is not bad, but in my opinion you'll want the edge. Note how adepts can be such an amazing in social that with some buffed charisma you push yourself to 20 dice for social tests quite easily. (with only 1 skill point in social stuff - that means that it will not be very karma intensive to grow your social powers even further.)
I'd also suggest the linguistic power because if you have so many social dice with a single skill point and linguistic lets you learn for free a single level of languages then you get to be a social devil in any spoken language you hear. After few hours of listening to the language you can already manipulate people like a professional. This is a great quality for an infiltrator.
