Wondering if there is a link to the uptake in traffic...more activity on the boards (or more users?) is somehow "monitored" and flagging us for more activity. Might be overthinking this...

It's also completely possible that google or microsoft sold an account list from someone using hotmail or gmail.  That is, after all, how they monetize their free mail services.

You can report individual posts to mods with the report button and the entire staff gets a mail I think.

Edit Incidentally, "spambot" is the first term on my fill suggestions on both laptop and mobile when filling in the reason for the report. Usually I'm too lazy to type the entire phrase and just tap the suggestion. =P
