I believe there is a reference about Project Imago in regards to Celedyr and NeoNET and how it translates to AI/E-Ghosts. Given the contents of the adventure Imago, and how it affects Transys-Neuronet (which forms the NET in NeoNET), I'd tend to think that while Renraku may have some of the most cutting edge research into AIs, Celedyr may have a huge head start on E-Ghosts.
