Here's another one: https://live.gnome.org/Dia

This is a general-use diagram designer. It has a set of graphics for floorplans. Also useful for campaign planning and Matrix node design.

Another option (in development): Cityographer

Though most of the graphics shown are linked/focused on fantasy-based maps, there are modern, far future and post apocalyptic tile sets being developed.

I was looking to buy this but I do not know how useful it would be to me. Making floorplans has always been a weakness of mine in my games and I would not like to use anything too difficult. I am looking for more of a drag and drop system.
Just needs a little bit a cayenne pepper.

I use to have the previous version. I created an entire world to populate it with cities, towns and dungeons.
Several of my town were mapped with some of the buildings in them mapped.
Everything was on my master map that I could click and bring up the other maps I created.

It uses the vector system like CADS.

I will admit that it takes a little getting use to but one you do things can be done quickly.

I seem to remember that one really old version of Campaign Cartographer came with the AD&D 2nd Edition core rules CD-ROM.  Which I happen to have lying around in a box somewhere.  I wonder...

I'm gonna have to check and see if I still have that somewhere and get it installed.  Thanks for the reminder on CC!

I think that might have been the forgotten realms Atlas which if I remember correctly CC was used to make it.

I've been using it to map out my Ork Underground "mega-dungeon."

EDIT: OP, thanks for the find. Makes my life a whole lot easier for the more upscale runs.

Homestyler does floorplans as well, and will loft them into 3D, for those looking for a bit of map porn.

Sure, as I finish it in bits and pieces. From what I have gathered the OU is fairly large. Pioneer Square alone (the initial extent of the Seattle underground) is 1,500,000 sq.ft., and from Everret to Puyallup is almost 40 mi. That is a lot of real estate to fill. :D
