p. 174, 'Qualities index' incomplete.

Shadow Cast and Hack & Slash have been released at the same time.
Shadow Cast has a 'Qualities index' with all qualities and quality paths.
Hack & Slash has new qualities and one quality path.

But Hack & Slash qualities and its quality path are not in the Shadow Cast's 'Qualities index'.

No Future qualities are also missing in the index.
