That would be a totally anime thing to do, however.

And, let's face it.  If you're making a Physical Adept, it's likely you're basing it off of something Anime.  ;D

That's not actually that amazing. It is the same concept of trying to hit a 90MPH fastball. Training and natural talent mean you can do some things that most people could never do.

Taking a 90MPH fastball to the head, however, requires little training.  Surviving it requires a lot of natural talent.  :P
