My inspiration for this character is one part Zatoichi and one part Kenshi. I still have some karma to spend and haven't decided what to do with it.

Looks quite solid, so far.
A lot will depend on how much you have to rely on Astral Perception, because being astrally active makes you a target and you don't have Astral Combat. So when a spirit or projecting mage pops up, you have no chance other than "go blind" or be pummeled to death.

Why Rapid Draw power and Iaijustsu? Isn't that redundant?

Unarmed is at 5 but your a blade specialist. Both for flavor and optimization this is strange. You probably won't be punching as slicing and dicing. If your worried about losing your blades during screening checks or something there are knives / permits you could pick up as backup / proof and then you could put points into palming to get through place to place.

Also, whats up with Eidetic Sense Memory? I thought you kinda CAN see now by using astral perception. Again its a bit redundant.

I almost wanna say that you need to gain a point in body so its uneven and you can gain a condition modifier, but your human and I'm wondering if its just better to go the sneaky assassin route than a toe to toe dude

Finally you have more than 1 specialization
Nope your good I was looking at outdoors and am blind

Eidetic Sense Memory would help navigating areas that you've already visited without having to turn on Astral Perception.

You can have multiple specializations, but only one can be applied to each skill.

a Melee Attack with a Blade is a complex Action
Iaijutsu transforms this in a fast draw Action ( = the first Attack (right from the scabbard)becomes a simple Action)
Rapid Draw turns a fast Draw simple Action into a free Action
so this combination makes the first attack (as long as the Katana is in a fast draw Scabbard) into a free Action.
Zatoichi can still attack only once per Phase and any subsequently attacks are standard komplex actions, but his first Attack ist ...really fast (and he still has 2 simple or one komplex Actions but no more Attacks)

with a very fast first Dance

Huh, I have heard of something like that before but sounds like something that would be errata'd later. I know hes probably going to turn on his foci and run at the guy, what else does he have to spend all the actions on, if not attacks?

with a simple Action he could put his Katana back into the Scabbard so in his next Iniphase he could repaeat his Trick
and he would still have a simple Action left....
Hmmmm,
Well if he could Bitchslap his Oponent it would look somehow like this

You are not limited on number of max skills, max out blades. Also, you will want some kind of range attack option, so automatics would not be a bad idea instead of unarmed.

Agreed. This looks like a 'training wheels' edition, that you can use to introduce someone to the setting, and then shift over to something like 5E or 4E. Like how D&D 5E is best used as training wheels for D&D 3.X.

Turned in Toxshaman for ¥1 million/4 once.

Also you will want max agility maybe by pulling a point from intuition and eventually you will want critical strike (blades). Also, danger sense is a waste, there are better powers to take. If you can figure out how to take agility boost it will help with your attack pool. Positive qualities look at agile defender, let's you use agility in place of will for total defense. Also, write Reaction as 5 (7) for the reaction enhancement from improved initiative.

A blind man shooting guns? Sounds like trouble...

Yeah, it would be dangerous, but with being able to see asterally he can at least use suppressing fire against living targets.
