I gathered a lot of concept art from the Syndicate video game on my site. Some stuff already appeared in these pages, a lot of stuff didn't :)

*SNIP*

I'm sorry, but the angle of deflection on that just makes my head hurt. Pun intended.

Yeah, sure a katana... or any sword... or a knife... or an axe... really, anything with a reasonably strong, moderately sharp edge... can cut a bullet in half of braced at just the right angle. However, that close to your face you'd still catch a case of acute, terminal lead poisoning, just with two entrance wounds.

Also, speaking of shooting people in the head... Image tax:

Cool pic. But yeah that would have to be an adept ability to be able to cut it first off and then deflect it.

I'm thinking he got a critical success. That should cover the bullet slicing.

I've actually seen it happen on the Discovery Channel.  Can't remember the program though, but I know it features Stan Lee at some point.

The Mythbusters did it. The bullet hit the sword, cut nicely in two, and put holes in the dummy's arms, IIRC. Though the dummy was facing full front to the bullet, so if you were standing sideways or at an angle (as you may well be when in a fighting stance) then maybe...

Still, physics says "No, almost certainly not" to cutting a bullet and getting off without injury, though stranger things have happened. Cutting one and turning what would have been a kill shot into just getting wounded? Plausible, though unlikely.

This is Mass Effect. but I like the tattoo, the cybereyes and the costume.

Last goodbye

Is it just me, or is that Ares Predator?

This one is seriously oldschool

I think I saw this one on cover of Gibson novel somewhere

Mohawks and cyberarms, oh my!

You don't fuck with wolf shamans

I wonde if he has different color of hilt in case he wears different shoes 8) My chracters would.

You shoudn't wear that on a motorcycle unless you're adept with mystic armor or something. Or a troll.

I think this work well with some of the images here.

Found this here. That's how I imagine that bad moment when you're alone, running out of bullets, and your safehouse has been compromised. She has this "I hope the team gets here soon or I'm done for" look in her eyes.
