As an American in the midst of the clown crisis, this is terrifying.

Although the fact I could punt him over a fence makes it a little better.
It is better to be crazy and know it, than to be sane and have one's doubts.

Well, drek. Looks like Timmy fell into the Dissonance Well again.

I go to Fright Fest every year at SIx Flags. They have actors dressed up as monsters that come out after 6pm, and you will see grown adult screaming running away.  There is a little person/dwarf (I don't know what the politically correct term is.) that dresses up like a killer clown.  I see more people get totally freaked out by that clown than anything else in the whole park.

Apparently coulrophobia can exist on a societal level. 'It' traumatized us all, I think.

-shakes fists- Damn you Tim Curry!

Great character though, gotta admit.

Cool concept.  Unfortunately, in SR5 the Celerity quality is not compatible with Muscle Replacement.

Bah!, well I could always make him Adept... That might even be scarier...

Remember that all the negative metagenic quality can be taken without being a Changeling. Though your clown face and hair don't really need them but if you wish to keep the Critter Spook for example.

You should consider the negative quality Quasimodo, you could say that your face is Joker-like because of an accident (or just use it to reflect your scary clown style) and the -3 social skill test/+2 intimidation should fit your character just fine.
