What sort of ideas do y'all have regarding these Qualities? What mechanical benefits do you have them grant (even if multiples) and how do you like to see it role-played?
As a player, I know that I like to give the GM hooks that push/pull my character sometimes without giving direct control over his actions. These Qualities seem to have great potential rolled into a single package (Contact, Quality, RP opportunities, etc). As a GM, I like to do my due diligence to avoid players gaming the system. I see plenty of potential abuse if left unchecked.
