Oh Gemstar you fooled me! I missed the res and was like Wow Gem made a rigger.

I think you would be better off with the single arm solution over toner 3.  What No Smartlink? (I think I'm gonna abbreviate the question as I seem to ask it a lot.) WNSL?

A fingertip compartment in a partial cyberskull?  Is it even legal?   I suppose as a partial "limb" a partial cyberskull technically has AGI/STR stats, but again that seems odd. :D
RPG mechanics exist to give structure and consistency to the game world, true, but at the end of the day, you’re fighting dragons with algebra and random number generators.

The nice thing about Toner 3 is that it allows for a respectable Sneaking pool. A Cyberarm of Awesome is certainly better offensively, but leaves Mr. Unnamed here as Sir Trips-a-Lot when it comes to tiptoeing around in person.

What's with the different sprite types for Compiling and Registering?

You've spent 82 karma on skills and specializations in the Electronics skill group. For 75 karma you could have the entire skill group at rating 5. That costs you 1 die for Software a 1 die on your Computer specialization, but improves Hardware significantly and makes the specialization unnecessary. You're also saving 7 karma, which you could put back into a specialization for Computer or Software once you're ready to break the skill group.

I just mocked this up for someone who was having trouble making a character who was building their sheet. It really does take 1100 karma to make a karma build techno rigger/hacker.

Toner vs arm is an age old dilemma now. I tend to go toner these days for the general runner bonuses. I'll switch back eventually.   

Sometimes an external smartlink is enough :)  I love burning techno essence, but they only have so much!

Tasking specialty difference is because character is intended to have a large herd of low level machine sprites that just run diagnostics. They don't need a lot of services or a big compiling pool. Being able to compile an L4 crack sprite when needed with enough services is why the compiling spec. Sometimes you need to teamwork an Attack limit role, or have some backup hacking.   

Skillgroups can be optimized better :) 

A cyberskull in a cyberlimb.... no one says a fingertip compartment has to go into a finger. :) I always envision in more for its size than for its shape/placement. It's just a small secret compartment.
