Lockdown has several cybersuites that incorporate different 'ware that are normally incompatible.
Do they function regardless?

For example Ultimate Warrior has Super-thyroid Gland and Mus Aug[3]:
So is it +3 STR or +4 because somehow the cybersuite allows them to stack?

Secondly: can you get them alphaware or better?

I think most on this forum agree that Suprathyroid stacks with bioware. It would be too shitty if it forced you to waste a level of Muscle Augmentation/Toner in order to recieve higher bonuses.

If I GM, I let STG and bioware stack-otherwise it's useless.
But RAW, MusAug is incompatible with STR augmentations and MusTone is incompatible with AGI augmentations.
And of course synaptic booster is incompatible with REA augmentations.

I took a quick casual look for allowances, couldn't spot 'em.  Bioware generally stacks with bioware, but not with cyberware; this is the way it's been.  I'm sure this is discussed in 5e somewhere, especially since this sort of thing is specifically allowed in Chummer5 (and those guys are pretty good at sticking tight to the rules); adrenaline pump boosts, muscle aug/toner, and suprathyroid gland all stack, up to the standard +4 limit.
