Advice for running for the first time

Experienced GM in other systems (Primarily HERO, Savage Worlds, various D20 based systems, etc...)
Semi Experienced Shadow Run Player (4th & 5th edition)
Going to run 5th for the first time...suggestions, hints, etc?

So far the group is a Panther shifter, a elf Mage/Face, a Elf Deck/Sam and a Human Street Doc/Rigger
