For the benefit of those who don't make it over to Dumpshock...someone asked about the Halloween Killigs. Here's the answer I gave over there.

The lack of a "Plot Hooks" section has been noted, and will be addressed in future products (at least ones for which I am responsible).

The Halloween attacks (all of them took place after midnight local time on 31 October 2073) took place in the following cities (for those who don't know all the North American capitals or are just too lazy to look them up): Atlanta, Bellingham, Cara'Sir (Portland), Cheyenne, Denver, Edmonton, Havana, Honolulu, Quebec City, Sacramento, Santa Fe, Saskatoon, Seattle, Tenochtitlan, and Washington FDC. They failed in Denver, Honolulu, Sacrament0, and Tenochtitlan. The would-be killer in Tenochtitlan was killed; the other three failed assassins escaped.

Yes, that means that there was someone else in Denver while Teresa was hanging out there.

Uh, my beloved Santa Fe. So I'm in need to stay updated, even if it's with vampires.

Sometime this afternoon, Another Rainy Night went "Silver" over on DriveThruRPG. Thanks to everyone who's gone out and bought it...and if you haven't, what the heck's keeping you?

Well, I have been asked for a sequel, which I'm working on. After that, we'll see how it goes. :)

It's my birthday. If you haven't already, you should go get a copy of Another Rainy Night at either the Battleshop or DriveThruRPG. Please rate it and leave a review! If you've already bought and read it, then leave a review to help send traffic to the story.

Thanks for your kind indulgence!

Thread necromancy!!

ARN is now available for the Kindle and the Nook. The BattleShop and DTRPG links in the opening post are still valid.

How does the Kindle edition differ from my trusty pdf? Is it still side by side? Or is the game stuff done after the story stuff?
There's always one PC who just can't go with the flow.  They have to have something that sets them apart.  Something blatantly obvious to everyone who plays with them.

The Kindle version is just the story. I think the game info is available in a seperate PDF, though.

Good story, too.

I don't think the game info has been broken out yet, but as we get Sail Away Sweet Sister prepared, that's on the list of things I'd like to get done ASAP.

Things to Do In Denver When You're Dead was actually ARN's original title, but it was way too long.
