2 PP can't be bought as an adept, only as a mystic adept. Adepts get a number of PP = to their magic rating.
As for gear, a gas-vent system and a silencer cannot be combined normally. However, I know this is for Pointdexter's game, so here is his house rule.
@Poindexter, would you allow a weapon to be outfitted with both a suppressor and a gas vent system, so long as only one of those was enabled at any given time? The way I see this functioning is, a suppressor is outfitted to be attached below the gas vent system, nullifying its recoil benefit but allowing the weapon to be used stealthily. Thoughts?
Sure, just buy you a slidemount and take the time required to switch em out.
I would recommend picking up some Gel Rounds. You don't always want to kill every single thing (well, unless you really want to play up the homicidal maniac part), so the ability to do stun damage is valuable. I would personally go the Ares Sigma 3 from Gun Heaven 3 over the Ingram Smartgun, but if you don't have Gun Heaven 3, then the Ingram Smartgun is fine. I might recommend trying to get a Smartgun system in your Steyr TMP. Goggles can be Capacity 2 if you aren't putting anything else into them. They can't be modified after they are bought, so you might as well save some money. Other than that, I don't see any glaring weaknesses in gear.
It should be noted that Machine Pistols are fired with Automatics, they only use Pistols when firing SA, and that's optional (you can still use Automatics to fire SA). Unarmed Combat also seems like a waste with your low Strength stat, not to mention that you don't have Shock Gloves or anything. That frees up a lot of points to spend.
Speaking of low Strength, I recommend trying to get it higher. All of your weapons are best fired in either BF (Burst Fire) or FA (Full Automatic) mode. Both modes use up a lot of recoil. Right now, you have 2 recoil compensation with the Steyr TMP, and 4 with the Ingram Smartgun. Those recoil penalties will add up very quickly. I recommend either getting 3 or 5 Strength, so that you can try to maximize your ability to fire in bursts.
